Pursuant to Virginia Law buyer is hereby made aware that there are no refunds or cancellations of any payment for any reason. Attempting to force a refund by opening a case, disputing a charge, leaving a malicious review or by any other action intended to inflict damage upon the seller is unlawful. 

Forever Newborn reserves the right to pursue litigation for these actions in a court of law in accordance and compliance with all applicable laws both domestic and abroad. 

If a payment plan order is voided due to nonpayment the customer will receive store credit for the amount remitted less the cost of materials, all applicable transaction fees and a cancellation charge of $100. The remaining balance will be transferred to the customer in the form of store credit which will remain valid for the life of the business. 

PROCESSING TIME & MATERIALS

We do not stock blank sculpts. Materials for your custom baby will be ordered after you complete checkout. As you are most likely aware, there are still sporadic supply issues that happen from time to time.  Our rooting supply vendors are currently experiencing  a few production issues which has resulted in some delays. We cannot control this and are at the mercy of the manufacturers & producers.  Silicone customs require a minimum of 20 weeks as it can take me up to 10 weeks to receive the blank kit from the caster. BabySoft Vinyl customs require a minimum of 12 weeks from the date that the blank kit is received.

Customers have the option to request a status check before placing the order.  Inventory changes without notice to us, therefore if wait time is an issue customers are encouraged to request a status check prior to placing the order.  *Cancellations are NOT accepted.  Please message me directly and I will be happy to check the status of your kit before you complete checkout.  I don't want you to be dissapointed & kit statuses change without notice to us, so the best way for me to make sure you get the baby you want is to ask you to contact me before you place an order if wait time is an issue for you.  

Text the keyword "KIT INFO" followed by the name of the kit you'd like me to check for you to (540) 212-9386.  I will text you back with the status of your kit usually within a few hours.

If the kit requested is out of stock when the order is placed you may:

1. Wait for your original selection (it is usually just a few additional weeks). 
2. Choose a different kit to complete your order. 

NEW KITS/PRE-ORDER STATUS

I offer sculpts in custom listings as soon as they become available for preorder because many sculptors are now limiting their kit editions to prevent illegal copies of their work being made. I want everyone to have the opportunity to order the baby they adore. New releases will require additional processing time because they are in production and will take a much longer time to arrive to us. *When you purchase a new release custom baby you are agreeing to wait the time required to finish your baby.  If you aren't sure if your kit is a new release I will be happy to check it for you.
